Due to our Bywater homes being on e to 5 acre lots, a formal Neighborhood Watch was not deemed practical.  It was best decided to promote meeting and getting to know your local neighbors as one of the best ways to improve your security.  Watch out for each other and report incidents seeming out of the ordinary.
